WORST place, bad administration and comunication.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Not deserve any stars!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been use different stores during the 10 years and I had never the bad experience that I had yesterday on Feb 29. I spent 2hours waiting someone to open the storage (9:30 to 11:30) I was with the Moving Company where I had to pay extra fee for to wait. I tried several times online by chat and by phone to have any info about this situation. Nobody gave me answers or contact the manager of this unit. It was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I felt so DISRESPECTFUL. When the person came to open, she was stressed and starts to screaming tell all the customers that was waiting in front the storage, that she wasn't the person that work in this unit, she was doing a favor and she works in 2 different storages at the same time She opened and left. She was EXTREMELY unpolite, and screamed that will call to police!??????? For who??? She was crazy and saying a lot of bad things. I canceled immediately the unit and I told to my clients that are customers in this place, about this situation and all of them reported that the always open at the wrong time. 😡Administrators constantly go somewhere during the working day, leaving the public storage closed. I will never recommend this place...

I want to relate the most wonderful experience I had with Cassandra and Dennison at my Public Storage. I was awaiting delivery of some family items from a shipping company to my Public Storage unit. The delivery company was scheduled later in the day and I arrived early to make sure I was there to accept delivery. Right from the start Cassandra and Dennison made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was both pleasant and warm, I truly felt as though I was in my own home. My anxiety quickly left as they made me feel like family. I was provided with drink and friendly conversation to help me pass the time. I feel their professionalism went well above and beyond. I can not speak highly enough about these two individuals that I hope and pray will be around for as long as I am a customer at Public Storage.
