Russian Manicure — Local services in Sunny Isles Beach

Extremely disappointed. Went to see Mila the first time and it was great. Second time was just terrible. I rushed from work to come see her an hour away. I get to my appointment on time and she tells me “I’ll be with you in 10 minutes”. 40 minutes later she gets to me. She starts with my pedicure which she said that she couldn’t do French because my one of my toenails was short. I agree to do them white and she does them in a very light white shade that looks awful! I tell her than I’m not happy.

Then she asks me if I want to come another day to do my hands. I tell her “if I leave, I’m just going to go somewhere else”. Mind you, it takes me 2 hours to drive to her.

She finally does my hands which she does a good job with them even though she doesn’t fully file them down and they’re sharp to the touch. I end up filling my own nails in the car.

Mila charge me $200 to do my nails. Probably the worst pedicure I’ve gotten. In between both services, she was on her phone or talking to her family at her apartment. A complete waste of time and money. My time is money. I make arraignments to be places on time as I value other people’s time. I expect other people to at least try to do the same.

Not sure what is going on but she seemed really off. I won’t be coming back and I definitely won’t recommend...

The service was not what I expected - the length nor shape were what I requested, the color was NOTHING like what I picked. I expressed my opinions respectfully and she ignored that I was unhappy and that the color was not what I had selected. The tech was unprofessional and unpleasant.
