OBLOMOFF.US (Sunny Isles Beach) — Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach

Saw their ad on Instagram and decided to try out. I ordered khinkali, vareniki with cherries and olivier salad. All these dishes are familiar to me cause I am Ukrainian, so I knew what I ordered.

The delivery came in 1,5 hours or a bit more, instead of 30 min they claimed. No one called me to inform about delay until I did it.

As a result I got salad, it was nice. Vareniki with cherries didn’t have cherries, it was some cherry jam, so nothing related to fresh berries, and they brought pelmeni instead of khinkali. Of course those were cold and stucked together, because these dishes are needed to be eaten fast. When I called, the man on the phone didn’t sound surprised about wrong dish and just said that probably khinkali ended and that’s why they’ve put pelmeni. Simple as it is! Why not?

I asked to check why it happened and call me back, no one called of course. Also, their menu doesn’t have the portion sizes on the website, so it’s even hard to evaluate how much their dishes are overpriced.

Now knowing their attitude to customers, I won’t order here and wouldn’t...

Very disappointed! Yes , delivery was fast enough. But quality of the food , the way how it was packed was awful ! I contacted them on IG and whoever I texted with said that they will super sorry and it happens because the new chef was cooked and packed food I ordered . I’ll post some pictures so you can see that instead of “medovik” I got the leftovers or they just really don’t care about their food presentation, golubci and sirniki looked the same bad as the cake . Only one thing I could say was ok - it was a taste of golubci …. But those carrots on top are just yikes . So whoever I was texted with was promised that during the week they will replace the food I ordered , but it never happened … so...

I really was expecting a lot from this place and I just want to say shame on you for accepting and charging me the order of yesterday while knowing full well you guys didn’t had any of the items I ordered. Instead you sent me something different that I’m sure been inside a fridge because of the smell that was coming from it. You could have simply declined the order. and I noticed the switching of name from Russian to Ukrainian kitchen too on Uber Eats, you forgot to do it on Grubhub....
