Not going to lie but one of the worst experiences I ever had. I gave it a shot because of recent positive experiences at the spot in brickell and downtown but this was one of the worst cuts. As usual I got asked what I wanted and the barber made clear he understood me but in the end he didn't at all. I got the opposite from what I asked. I said my last cut was 2,5 weeks ago so I don't want to cut too much on top, just a little. It probably ended up the shortes I've ever had. I also asked to keep the side parts of the top a little longer and I showed and explained that I wear these forward to cover my little receding hairline. Well there is there no length anymore to wear it forward and receding hairline is fully visible. When the damage was done already he asked me how I liked it so far and I told him politely that it’s not what I asked for and that it was too short and especially these parts which I wear forward, his reaction was “oh you want it even shorter?” I said “no it’s too short already, I told you I had a cut 2,5 weeks ago and just wanted to clean up the sides and didn’t want to cut a lot on top”. His reaction was “oh then I understood that wrong”. I just wanted to thank management and also senior management at The Spot Barbershop for their great service and for creating such a great place to come to and enjoying a cafecito and being able to get a really great hair cut and beard trim which I also want to thank Sebastian who has been cutting my hair for over two years now who has always provided his best services as a respected barber and very attentive to detail and outstanding customer service.
