I was gladly surprised to really fall in love with this place. Rarely I see place that deliver service, atmosphere and quality. So many hookah places within two miles radius, however I need to say Pipa lounge did it for me. First and foremost service is really great, typically one or two servers at the time yet doing amazing job. Very welcoming all the time, we came in with big group, two of us and I stopped by solo as well and felt equally welcomed regardless of the party size. Also available private room for celebration. Servers Always following up, checking on you. Hookah is my favorite in Miami as of right now. Guys really LISTEN what you want and deliver, no need to wait for charcoal, always refilling. It doesn’t burn tobacco, great flavors, lots of smoke, no headache. Also food, for small little not food oriented place is really good. We tried octopus, crab cakes, carpaccio, soups, steak, salads and all was really up to a level of nice restaurant. My only recommendation is to tweak wine selection in reds. Some great players like Caymus and Opus on the menu, but for day to day quick more simple choices not as strong, would love to see cab sav and blends for by the glass choices. Even though it is located next to busy street atmosphere and quality overpowers it and it doesn’t bother. Never problem with parking. Also just all the details and different style of tables and chairs helps to find comfortable seating, they thought of details like where to put ladies purses around not to crumble to sofas and other small touches makes you understand that it is not a first rodeo for the team behind. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the ongoing ban imposed on me from your establishment and the unfulfilled assurances provided in response to my previous complaint.

Approximately a year ago, I raised concerns about repeated instances where my agreed-upon karaoke performance terms were overlooked, and I experienced refusal of service from your staff. In response, your team publicly acknowledged these issues on Google Reviews, promising to improve service quality and extend a welcoming environment upon my return.

However, during my sole visit since that correspondence, I was informed that I remained unwelcome and would not be served. This experience indicates that the promised changes have not been implemented, and the prior response appears to have been insincere.

I had hoped for a genuine effort to rectify past shortcomings and to rebuild trust. Unfortunately, the lack of tangible improvements and continued exclusion suggest otherwise.

I kindly request a clear and honest explanation regarding my status at your venue. If there is an opportunity to resolve this matter amicably and to reinstate my access, I am open to constructive dialogue.

I absolutely loved my experience at Pipa Lounge Restaurant & Hookah! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is a perfect blend of modern comfort and exotic elegance, with dim lighting, cozy seating, and chill music that sets the perfect vibe for a relaxing evening.
