Read moreI never thought I would have to write a bad review about Pandora, but unfortunately, here I am. I’ve visited many Pandora locations before, including this one, and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience.
When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. I stood around for about 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. I finally had to get the attention of an associate to ask about their sale. She told me they were having 25% off, so I asked if an $80 bracelet would come out to around $60. She confirmed, so I started looking for something to purchase while waiting for help. Still, no one approached me. I had to stop another associate walking by, who then went to tell someone else to help me.
When I finally got assistance, I chose the $80 bracelet. At checkout, the associate rang it up as $85 and explained that the sale was actually “spend $145 and get 25% off.” Not only was I told completely incorrect information by another employee, but it was also frustrating and time-wasting to stand around being ignored by multiple associates before finally receiving help.
This left me very disappointed and disgusted with the service. I shouldn’t have to beg for help or be given wrong information about sales. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this...
