The front desk gal was quite nice and welcoming, but was not happy the sales people could not answer a basic question on how many mgs of THC, CBD and CBD were in a 2 oz jar of a product that typically has always had that info plainly listed on the side of the jar.
Example typically found on side of such products: THC: 50 mg., CBD: 50 mg. CBG 50 mg. ( The numbers can vary).
This was all I was asking for and they would not provide me the information. And since I was not allowed to hold the product and look at the side of the jar myself before purchasing it and I asked them to read it for me then I was out of luck.
I am a palliative care patient typically in bed most the day because of my physical disabilities and leaving the home to get out to get such products is a big deal for me and I require a very specific amount of milligrams per cannabis component to work for me.
Considering products can run from 50 to $150, and the state requires that they report how many milligrams or whatever measurement of quantity I get is purchased by me that should not have been a big issue.
So they were very rude to me because I was frustrated that they could not provide me basic information about a product they were selling.
I'm a retired social worker and this is no way to treat those who are Health impaired especially considering they are potentially serving many people in the health impaired community.
I would not recommend this place if you're in a summer position to mine.
Never in the couple years of my purchasing such products have I ever encountered such a problem. I strongly suggest a sensitivity training for the staff because there are federal laws involved that they're violating in the treatment of those with disabilities and just plain old consumer law.
The good news is is that we went to another dispensary and got the service and politeness we have always encountered every other place we've been to in the last two years in purchasing these products. I have no idea why this particular business handled our transaction so poorly and I'm very glad I did not give them a dime...

Long Story: High Profile was the first dispensary I went to once my Missouri medical marijauna card was approved to help treat my chronic illnesses.
Upon walking in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. They asked for my driver’s license and med card. I brought my husband with me, and he was able to show his driver’s license to receive a guest lanyard and come back with me.
Shortly after checking in, a bud tender came out and took us back to go over product offerings. Our bud tender was Alex, and after telling him the ailments of my chronic illnesses, he was able to recommend several products that would help with my nausea and insomnia.
The Wynk seltzers High Profile offers (and one of Alex’s first recommendations) are one of my favorites, as they stop my nausea pretty quickly, and they have a low dosage of THC (5 grams) and CBD, so there’s no altered-state feeling. It’s also a nice stress reliever.
The staff have ALWAYS been friendly every time I visit no matter which bud tender, and each product recommendation I’ve received has ended up working really well.
High Profile has some of the best-priced flower in the St. Louis area compared to the other dispensaries I’ve checked out, along with offering sweet daily deals and a rewards program. I can’t recommend...
Read moreI've been to many dispensaries on both sides of the river and this place for the win EVERY TIME! All of the employees take time to educate you on the products, answer questions, and the most friendly customer service. No matter how busy they are they still take the time to offer the best deals for your budget. The manager Caitlyn (Kaitlyn not sure of spelling) does an outstanding job across the board. She's passionate about what she's doing and it truly shows. Always one of my favorite spots! Update on this place: everything I said before still stands. However I think there's new management or something. They changed the rewards. You will lose your money if you do not shop. It's very disappointing because you earn those rewards from spending your money. The fact that they put such a short window for expiration is very disappointing. There is a dispensary right down the street that I had not been to in over a year but still had 25 dollars in rewards. I spend a lot of money at these places so definitely expect to be able to get my rewards...
