I am beyond thrilled with my experience from start to finish. I walked into your store (Sunset Hills) and was met with a smiling face who spoke with me in great detail about my project showing me book after book of ideas, patterns and materials. She even allowed me to check-out books to view the samples in my home. She worked with my busy schedule to find me the perfect designer to come to my home. I wish I would have gotten her name

Catherine (designer) was absolutely amazing to work with and quickly figured out my style and taste. While I enjoy nice things, I do not have any decorating sense to put everything together, nor pick out colors/patterns/material that will mesh well within my home. Catherine asked about my vision and style before going from room to room with me, listening to my likes and dislikes about each. After learning about me, she used her fantastic skills to help me pick out the perfect treatments for each room (shutters, sheers and panels/linens). Her expertise, creativity and design innovation has completely transformed my home into a warm and inviting space. Catherine put me in contact with Sheila who walked me through scheduling the installation. Sheila was wonderful to work with and made the scheduling process seamless. Her great customer service is appreciated.

I already had a great experience from my initial walk-in to the store, then with design and scheduling and continued to be impressed with installation. Ray, Gary and Tim were scheduled for my installation. All 3 were friendly, respectful and professional. They treated my home and space as if it were their own and, in my opinion, went above and beyond paying attention to even the smallest of details (minuscule things that I would not have noticed or even considered).

To cap off a great experience, I have received follow-up calls and/or text from Bruce (the owner) and the team making sure I was satisfied.

It can be so easy to judge a company and give them the highest marks when everything goes as planned. It also seems that in today’s maddening world many companies have lost the desire, or lack the knowledge, to provide a quality product at a competitive price. But when things do not go as planned, when the ship starts to list due to a failed weld, when one of the turbine engines on the aircraft shuts down from an anomaly, when the new tire goes flat for no apparent reason, now that is the time to make a fair judgement of a company. Of course, none of those things happened with our Sunshine Drapery experience. But things sometimes unexpectedly don’t go as planned. I want to go on the record and state that when our order with Sunshine Drapery did not go as planned, they did everything possible to make things right. Every person we came in contact with from Sunshine Drapery was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. And when the installation did not go as planned, they stepped up and did everything possible to make sure the job was completed successfully and that we were totally satisfied with their product and their installation. Loved my experience with Sunshine Drapery! Delayna, the designer, took time with me, listened to me, and prescribed the perfect window coverings for me. She was willing to come back to my home several times even before I’d committed to buying anything. She was in no way a pushy sales person. She was very gracious…I even received a hand-written thank you note from her in the mail. Communication from Barbara for scheduling the installation was excellent. Tyler, the installer, was polite, friendly and respectful of my home. As far as I can tell, he did a great job. No ladders were involved, so I didn’t have to move my baby grand piano to make room.….I guess it helps that he’s really really tall! The installation of my Nantucket shades just happened today, so I can’t speak for the product yet, but they look gorgeous and function just like they should. I really appreciate the fact that Sunshine Drapery is a local small business. The personal attention that they offer is a breath of fresh air.
