I see Nora @ the Organic Color Salon and she is really good at what she does. She did such a great makeover on me back when she was at the Beauty Store on Bee Cave that I didn’t hesitate to drive a little out of my way to follow her to her new location. The place is pristine and very nicely decorated. Each stylist has his/her own separate little studio with total privacy, which allows for easy private conversation without a ton of background noise as you usually get at other salons. It becomes nearly a spa experience, very relaxing. I saw Kelly Tate who I use to see at salon Sovay. She’s increased her prices so it costs about $500 plus for a partial (I have long thick hair). My appointment was at 330 and I waited for an hour for her to finally see me. I asked for a fall color (dark blonde/bronde). It ended up being so blonde and I waited for about four weeks to see if it would darken up and it didn’t and when I asked for a toner, she is still going to charge $110 so I don’t necessarily recommend for dark hair, but she’s great for blondes.
