Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Sunset Valley

Didn’t even want to put a star. I went in person to put in an order, I gave my information when asked and paid. Wasn’t given a receipt or confirmation email or text about the order but I assumed being reputable bakery that there wouldn’t be any issues. Well come pick up day no one working at the bakery knew what I was talking about when I asked for my sons cake. They said they didn’t have that name anywhere and if i wanted they can get it ready in a couple of hours. Um excuse me hello the party is literally now what do you mean? I came to pick up a cake that was due to be ready for pick up at a certain time. Ruined my sons birthday...

While I was returning to my car from Academy Sports I spotted Nothing Bundt Cakes. I knew they opened a new location in Sunset Valley but didn't know where for always been going to the West Lake Hills/Rolling Woods location. I really love these cakes and selected a Lemon Blueberry and Chocolate Chocolate Chip bundtlets.

This new location is not as fancy as the other one where seems to have less boutique items, but still has great service. I was able to use my email coupon to get a free bundtlet. When I got home and unpacked my cakes I noticed the Lemon Blueberry was shorter than the other. I tasted it and...

I’ve been to a few Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in Austin. But I must say this is by far my favorite location. The staff are super sweet and knowledgeable about their products. They seem like they care about people and what they do. Especially the manager Kenzie, she’s been the one to greet me coming in multiple times. She always gives a warm welcome and smile.
