I scheduled an appointment on a day and time that was already inconvenient for me, as the stylist said she had no other availability. I rearranged my entire day around this appointment and had to get an Uber because I didn’t have a vehicle at that time of day. I even lost sleep to make it there in the morning. However, when I arrived, the address led me to the wrong location. She seemed to be impatient when I called her to try to find the location, and then I was locked out when I arrived onsite for a while because nobody was there to open the door. There were also no instructions on how to find the room. To make matters worse, the stylist, Nora, had double-booked me and had someone else in the chair when I arrived at the time she told me to. The girl’s hair was long and soaking wet, and she said it would only take 10 minutes. Does she really expect me to believe that? I don’t appreciate people deliberately wasting my time! I know from experience it takes at least 20 minutes to blow dry and style long hair and she had not even begun cutting. I had other things on my schedule for the day already, so I could not afford to wait for another client. That is why I made an APPOINTMENT. In addition mentioned it’s going to be an extra charge for longer hair. She also mentioned she had only 30 mins to work on my hair since she had another customer after me. When I reached the venue she was still working on her previous customer and then she said she could give me only 15 mins since there was another customer on schedule. I was ready to reschedule for the day but she said she has no slots. She said she can only wash and cut my hair and cannot blow dry. I agreed to it because I had an event that evening so just wanted to get it done. She didn’t ask me what type of style I wanted just kept cutting and got done like I was a burden! Honestly I have never seen a saloon treat a customer like this. One of the worst experiences I’ve had till date.
