I went there with a few balloons for my husband's birthday. I had latex and aluminum foil balloons. I asked the latex to be filled with just air and in different sizes and some others with helium. I explained to the lady how disappointed I was about previous visit as they aren't tied up properly and the air or helium just goes out. I wanted to do something like the picture with the pinkish balloons used as an example, so the size was a specific requirement that I asked her about and she said she knows how to do it but in the pictures of what she gave me, you can see she know nothing. I asked her if she could help with the garland and she said they were busy, but later I knew she just doesn't understand how to do it. I also attached my helium aluminum foil balloon.
