HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I could put 0 stars. I called and spoke with the owner about getting my makeup done for my wedding. I was traveling from New Jersey and was getting into topsail on sat. My wedding was on Sunday.. while calling to make arrangements, I was told I’d get a call back the next day, I did not. I had to keep calling. That should have been my first red flag. The owner was extremely RUDE. He gave me a price that was 3x the regular price for a bride. I asked him for hair he told me I was “pushing it” I agreed though to the price. I was told to come to the salon the morning of my wedding. The house I was staying at was 2 blocks away, I was first told the stylist lives 5 mins from the house and was coming to me. Then told to come to the salon. Keep in mind I was paying 3x the amount for make up then that was on their website. The owner told me to come in on Sat morning to pay for the service for Sunday, and meet the makeup artist and show her what I wanted. Well I call Sat, no answer. I show up, no one is there, I call 5 more times and leave messages… NOTHING! I was getting married the next day, so you know as a bride I am freaking out! I NEVER received a call back!! I lucky found someone who drove an hour away to the house and did my hair and make up, she was PHENOMENAL and charged me 1/3 of the price. This salon is a joke. They almost ruined my wedding. STAY AWAY, nothing but inconsiderate...

I went in for an impromptu haircut on the last day of my vacation. I called at 4:30 and asked if I could come in last minute (they close at 5:30). They said sure. The salon itself is nice although there isn't a lot of parking. Mona cut my hair and I'm in love. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Virginia was very kind and welcoming when I came in for a haircut and highlights.
