Went here on 2-6-21 looking to purchase a surfboard for my son. The young lady and gentleman working the shop could not have been any kinder or more helpful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted politely and asked what they could help us with. We explained what we were looking for and the price range. The young lady showed us several options and answered all of our questions. I will be returning next week to purchase a board. We visited another local surf shop before stopping here. We walked into the shop last week while on vacation. The first word that we heard an employee yell was a curse word. He looked straight at us and he didn't apologize nor did he even acknowledge that my whole family had just walked into the store. There was a group of guys playing chess/checkers at the cash register and apparently that was more important than helping their potential customers. The owner is not chill, didn’t let me know about the “no return” policy on gloves, I used them for five minutes (still in perfect condition hand not even touched sand) because I got measured out for a medium and they gave me a large so they were too big, and when I got back to point out the mistake they had no leniency even though it was their fault for selling the wrong product. the worker kids were cool but whoever the big manager with the glasses is has no sense of tact, poise, or business, definitely a kook.
