This is, without a doubt, one of the best meals I’ve had in Surf City. If you love Mediterranean cuisine—or even if you’ve never tried it—this place is a must.

Every dish we ordered was bursting with bold, authentic flavors. You can tell everything is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The hummus was creamy and perfectly balanced, the falafel was crisp on the outside and tender inside, and the grilled meats were seasoned to perfection. Even the rice and side salads had amazing flavor and texture.

Top Pita and Grill - Surf City, NC Wow-what a fantastic find! We had an incredible meal at Top Pita and Grill. The gyro, served with fresh slaw and the Israeli salad, was absolutely delicious— full of flavor and perfectly balanced. For dessert, we treated ourselves to the tiramisu and limoncello. Both were top-notch and a perfect ending to a great meal.

What really made our first visit stand out, though, was the owner, Mickey. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He offered samples of different dishes, and honestly, it was tough not to order everything we tried! You can tell this is a place run by people who genuinely care about the food and their customers.

This place is AMAZING!! I came with my two girl friends and from the start they welcome us with smiles, made us feel at home, and made sure we got everything we liked. They even gave us extra sides to try out! The owner came to us and asked what we thought when we were finished and joked around with us. Very sweet guy!! The lady at the counter was beyond kind and generous and will you help explain anything needed. I got the felafel plate with hummus and pita. Best felafel I have ever had no doubt and the pita with hummus was amazing. The side salads have very good spices and sauces. My friends got the schnitzel plate and the lamb gyro which were both amazing as well. Each plate’s presentation was beautiful as well.
