This young male employee went above and beyond his job description! I live in Ohio. My daughter was in GA with her father for her Grandmother’s funeral. I did not want to send her flowers from my family. We had just lost my mother 5 months ago. I called an old friend for a favor to pick up gift and take to funeral home. But when I ordered the gift on line the card was being sent from another location. This young man, read me a few sympathy cards, wrote a message inside it and delivered it to the funeral home for me. He would not accept a tip or money for his time and gas! You have no idea how this act of kindness touched our grieving hearts!! This Hallmark store is extremely pleasant to visit. The staff greets you and then leaves you alone if you so desire, making it clear they are there to help, but not to intrude. The manager really knows his product and you get the feeling he's a fan of Hallmark and their products, not just an employee. That said, there is plenty of non-Hallmark items available for quickly picking up a gift. The parking lot of this store can get a bit dicey as there are numerous neighbor businesses, but that is really the only negative...

Wanted to look around but wasn’t comfortable with the what a presume manager (an African American women didn’t catch a name didn’t want to be near her) was yelling and talking nastily to employees who where just asking for some direction.
