I had an absolutely amazing experience, I used to work retail for 6 years personally at LOFT , ANN TAYLOR , LEVIS STRAUSS, GUESS. Ralph Lauren has amazing attention to detail , Iâve been coming to shop at dolphin mall for many years since I was a child and Iâve always admired the elegance , class and nostalgia that is Ralph Lauren and all its fashion icon likeness , I was coming to purchase gifts for my bosses and co workers that are all having new born babyâs around the same time so to celebrate I came 2 different occasions and was extremely and presently surprised with nothing short of help and attention to detail for all the staff and management. Everyone was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to check for sizes and help me build the perfect gift . Elisa, David , victor , Leonel , Daniela all had absolutely nothing short of the best customer service Iâve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I highly recommend coming to shop till you drop . Make sure you ask for Elisa sheâs a gift box master and David is a very nice approachable manager , victor is a fashion guru and Leonel is absolutely patient and helpful throughout the whole process definitely coming back !!!    Read moreOn 11/25/24, I visited the store not only to check out the new collection but also to observe the overall environment. Unfortunately, what I encountered was disappointing. Each section I walked through was a chaotic mess, with clothes scattered everywhere. When I asked an employee for assistance, instead of offering help directly, they insisted on sending me to another person in the same area.
The fitting rooms were overcrowded with both clothes and people, and it seemed like the staff was stretched thin. What was especially disheartening was the lack of attention from the management. It felt as though they were more focused on catering to "paid" customers, neglecting those who may have needed help or guidance.
This experience has made me lose respect for the management team, and I genuinely feel for the employees who are left to manage such a disorganized environment. I hope that steps are taken to address these issues...
   Read moreI had an unbelievably poor experience during my recent visit. The level of customer service I encountered was far below what I expect from a store of this caliber, and I don't place the blame on the employees. I witnessed tourists causing significant damage to walls and shelves, and the staff was left to clean up after them like children.
Where is the luxury experience I was promised? Instead of focusing on providing assistance, managers were rushing employees to stop helping customers in need in order to make sales, or pushing them to direct people elsewhere. It was utterly frustrating to see such disorganization and lack of support for the staff.
Until the management takes action to supervise the behavior of customers and treats their employees with the respect they deserve, I wonât be returning. Itâs disheartening to witness this level of disregard for...
