I purchased a chain and cross there the experience was fine the women who helped me was helpful, after verbally completing the deal , and walking towards paying I remembered that I brought a bracelet that I needed adjusted and links taken off I asked the women if she could adjust it for me and take off the links she said she had a jeweler on hand that can do it for me and I asked her if it could be part of the deal for the jewelry I was purchasing , she said nothing so I assumed that was a yes she then rang me up for the necklace and cross I bought and then gave her the bracelet and she asked me to come back in 20 min, which I did when I came back it was fine the bracelet fit fine when I asked for the links that were taken off she said she kept them and that’s y there was no charge , my issue with the situation was it was shady on her part to do that without saying she was going to keep my gold links.which I figured she would and is y I asked for the links , instead of being clear on what her intentions were with my Jewelry she tryed to pull a fast one on me , then ultimately charging me for the job she made seem she would do as a courtesy for me for buying jewelry at her store , that was my understanding of what happened , somewhat disappointed at the end there , and what I feel could have been avoided if she was upfront with me from ...

AVOID THIS PLACE, awful manager, very disrespectful towards customer and misogynistic towards woman !!!

They sold me a bracelet a little over a month ago and the clasp safety broke, the manager didn’t even want to see the receipt and wanted to charge 100 dollars plus tax to fix it. Keep in mind whole chain was 500 bucks.

The manager said that it probably broke because it need to be reduced, then I offered to trade the weight of the chain removed for the little amount of wire to fix the problem, and he said that reducing the chain by one whole inch would only cover 50 bucks.( reminding you the fix is just a 0.5 mm rod)

EVEN AFTER OFFERING TO TRADE for fix of their manufacturing error he proceeded to accuse me of being a thief !!! He literally insinuated I had the intention to steal 2 cm of wire !!!!

Went to another place and the fix was 50 bucks for both side. This was not the first piece I bought here, but it will sure be my last. My first problem and they manage a long...

A note of merit to this jeweler, since we entered all the staff greeted us with a smile and availability. Our “assistant” MARTA, was really nice, knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a lot of time explaining us everything we wanted to know(she’s really a good employee). We bought the rings and after just an hour they were ready with engraving too. unlike many other jewelers, they have everything available, they are equipped, they can give you the product the same day(before that jewelry I’ve been in 3 different places in the same mall and anybody had rings available to buy the same day, 2 weeks of waiting). my husband was unable to be present for the ring measurement so we resized the rings. but the owner made the necessary adjustments in less than a day.(the first modification is free). Thanks also to the owner(I guess he’s the owner), he took care of us as well.
