I saw a picnic table out front and came BACK in, thinking about getting, I asked the girl with no name tag, on her phone, if this came assembled or needs assembly?

She looked at me and said you can walk back to lumber....NOT just around the corner...and ask them...

I state..can you not simply call someone? She stared at me...after seconds said..I GUESS, IF YOU INSIST!..WHY yes...yes I do!...

She had an answer instantly.

I said SEE there, you saved me many steps...

Her response

WHATEVER!

I would have purchased it.

Was my 1st visit and would have returned. Nope. !!

Customer service is everything!! Your company have so much money you can afford to lose customers?

Matt had me, sadly the horrible disrespect shown at the front, was far worse that his greatness!

June 29th...around 1130 to...

Absolute incompetence. I go in looking for 40 grit sandpaper, which they have a price label for, but it isn't in stock. So I ask the man at the counter when they might have more. He makes sure it's 40 grit that I need, says he's placing an order and that it would absolutely be here Monday. So Monday I go in looking for it. Still not on the rack and now a different man at the counter says nowhere in their system do they sell sandpaper any less than 60 grit. Absolute buffoonery going on here.. They're already the highest priced place in town, no need to be the most inconvenient too. Being the most shouldn't be a competition but they're out here...

Alright lumber yard. Sign says hardware also, that's a huge stretch of the word. Tool section is pretty anemic also. 7 or 8 out of 10 times I go there for something other than lumber, I walk out empty handed because they don't have it. They can order stuff in, but if I'm going to a hardware store it's pretty good odds I need it today, right now, not in three days. The people are nice, though some are somewhat limited in their knowledge, and always apologetic when they don't carry something so I guess that's something. Go there for lumber and you probably won't be disappointed. If you go for anything else.....may the odds be ever...
