My friend got harassed by a dog here. The dog jumped on my friend. he had to push the dog off twice. apparently there's video footage of the dog harassing my friend and my friend asked to get a copy but they wouldn't give it to him. last I heard, while my friend was away from the location they decided that he was permanently banned from there. I guess if they're going to ban my friend from here and say it's over this situation it makes sense why they wouldn't want to share the video. anyway he and I will go elsewhere in the future.

2025-09-22 update My friend spoke to one of the owners Greg about it. And Greg has access to the video and also doesn't think my friend did anything wrong. So i suppose there are at least two owners and it is the other owner that is in favor of banning my friend. Additionally I was going to continue going there when my social group didn't involve this particular friend that is banned, but another one of my friends has said he doesn't want to be "seen there" with me since I wrote a "negative review". and he was really the only remaining reason i would go there so i guess i'm not going there at all now. Anyway if management wants to extend to me an individual welcome (keeping in mind I am vocal about the apparent mistreatment of my friend) I will consider...

I have been going to Kameleon for about a year or so now. I used to be a much more frequent patron but due to recent inconsistencies, I have drastically reduced my number of visits. I have had almost totally positive patron interactions. The biggest gripe I have is consistency, both in quality of their product and price of the product. I personally have never consumed kava or kratom due to medical reasons which has resulted in me defaulting to their matcha lattes. Despite a lack of consistent quality and sizing, their prices have increased. I have gotten matchas that taste wonderful and then ones that have tasted like grass despite me ordering the exact same thing. I also have experienced paying for a large and getting a small, and the explanation was that “the cups look so similar that it’s hard to tell”. The price increase is a bit steep to me considering the minimal size difference. I would rather go elsewhere and spend the same amount of money for more drink with more consistent quality. I wish nothing but the best for this business. I just don’t plan of frequenting...

I couldn't tell you about the food and there prices. I just left this place, walked in with two friends and the person on the counter totally ignored us left us standing there awhile never offered to help too busy having a conversation with what I'm thinking was one of there friends totally unprofessional I forgot to mention A/C not working they had two fans going it was hot in that place . Also if your wondering about the inside it's small a few tables on one side of the wall and bar stools on the counter to sit. I don't know maybe this place it's ok and might of came at the wrong time. But it was horrible service. Will never go back and I will not recommend this place to...
