All the products I've had are delicious. The place is always clean and workers are nice. The juice cleanse is a reasonable price. All of that is 5 stars!

Below isn't the employees fault - he's nice and doing everything he can. I cannot imagine how stressed he is! I feel bad for him.

Management needs to either hire more people or go in to work themselves. This is the second weekend in a row that I've pre-ordered a juice cleanse and have had to wait an hour plus after my scheduled time. The poor guy behind the counter is literally trying to run from side to side to clean things up and make orders. The weekends are too busy for just one person. Even last weekend had two people working and I still waited over an hour! If you don't have enough people to work, then managers or owners need to step up. Your business won't survive if people have to wait this long. Those who walk in to order are waiting over 30 min too (for a smoothie or tea or acai bowl) when it should be less than 5! Last weekend was a friend's first time at Kwench and she said it was good but she'll not come back because the wait was outrageous. I also just ordered $100 in juice and didn't get a punch card. Honestly, the guy had just dropped some tea container and was swamped so I wasn't going to ask him to stamp something. I felt too bad for him. Please...

I know Kwench is royally tired of seeing my name and order come through 😭 I’ve been desperately searching for somewhere to replace the hole that Nektar Juice Bar left when they closed down and I’m happy to say i finally found it. Everything is fresh, and i can’t say that anything has the “packaged” taste. They're way out on Thomasville road if I’m not mistaken and as a student…. That’s pretty far. (They do offer delivery, so take advantage of it!) But I’d also argue that it is well worth the drive. I’ve ordered from here more times than I’m willing to admit over this past week and im hoping everyone gets to experience their goodness. That way they can open another shop closer to college town 😅 Edit: after my most recent order this is now my favorite spot 😭...

I have never physically been to the location but I have gotten delivery from here several times and each time it is scrumptious, delicious show stopping incredible yummy 10/10 and made so pretty too. One time they didn’t have any cocoa nibs so they put chocolate chips in a little cup on the side and wrote that they were sorry on a sticky note and i thought it was so nice :,) like they could have just said sucks to be you no cocoa nibs but they went out of their way to make sure i still got chocolate:,) Also the fruit is always fresh and never squishy or too hard. the strawberries in particular always are delicious. They always put plenty of fruit in the bowl and i feel like i get way more for my value! 10/10 highly...
