This sets a new low for customer service. The store was backing up and many customers were waiting. Instead of placing burgers on the grill in advance, they would finish preparing an order and then wait until they looked at the next order before placing the patties on the grill to cook. This created a significant delay for each order. After at least 10 minutes of watching this and getting no closer to my order being ready, I commented to another customer about the reason for the delay. A person (who I later determined was the manager) whipped around and yelled at me about the need for fresh burgers and she knows what she's doing. I said I do not need to be spoken to this way and asked to cancel my order. She refused. When I insisted, she told me to go to the end of the line and wait. After waiting a considerable amount of time in line while new orders were taken, I made it to the front of the line. She then told me all new orders had to be placed before I could get a refund. I then waited until every other person in the store had their order placed. She then told me she wasn't ready and I had to wait again for a refund. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way, and a milkshake with whipped cream (whipped cream is an up charge).
When I got my food, nobody seemed to remember that I also ordered a milkshake, so I reminded them that I also had a milkshake. When I did, the employee had to load the machine with more ice cream mix (I’m assuming this is why nobody wanted to make the shake). When I got the shake, it did not have the whipped cream, but by the time I realized it, he had already gone back to working on something else, and the place was also busy that I knew it would be at least a few minutes before my request was answered. So I left, without the whipped cream I paid for.
Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal out of this, but if you charge extra for whipped cream, it better be on there every single time. But to forget it and not give me the opportunity to ask for what I paid for is unacceptable.

Teresa was there and welcomed us through the door while she was cleaning the glass. According to my receipt, Nadaijah was my cashier. He was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. While we waited, my wife changed our baby, and I used the bathroom, which was nice and clean. Here is my only complaint. The girl running expo called a number after ours, and we kept waiting, which was perfectly fine, but she then looks to us and asks for our number. I told her, to which she replied, "I called that number a while ago." Before giving us our food. While, I'm not sure she intended it to be rude, even our friend who was eating with us felt that it came off that way. The food was great, super tasty and made exactly as we asked.
