Drove 30mins to this location, there was a small tropical storm causing some rain about 200 miles off shore and nothing more, every store practically open and hundreds of people at the mall, but apparently they think a little rain should close the store. Have no notice anywhere online that they closed. In fact theyâre listed as open. Lazy workers looking for any reason not to work despite the rest of the stores at the mall remaining open.
Cancelled my order with them and went with Crate and Barrel. They didnât even seemed phased by it when we called them up to cancel. Poor customer service. They cannot be relied upon.
Edit: The safety of your employees may be a priority (even though weâre talking about a little rain, nothing more, and thousands of shoppers at the mall that day), but simply communicating and notifying your customers was not.
No notice posted on your website. No notice on social google business page. Not even a simple notice hung on the door of the closed store. Literally nothing.
Itâs very clear to me that the executives dropped the ball in something as simple as posting a notice. Your customers should be a top priority. Without us, you have nothing. Sure, safety is important (even though that was a bad call this time around), and if youâre gonna close, thatâs fine, but notify your customers.

We researched furniture stores and found that Arhaus is highly rated. Friends and family confirmed that they are very reputable. We love the Beale sectional for its comfort and construction.
We purchased the sectional on February 6 from Arhaus Tampa because we were told that it was in stock, and were promised a delivery date of April 3 - which was extremely important to us. We put down the 50% deposit.
On the morning of March 19, I called the store to confirm delivery - no response - so I left a voicemail with all pertinent info to return my call asap. No return call followed.
On March 20 (afternoon), I hadnât received a return call, so I called and spoke to my sales person. She said that our sectional is not in stock for our delivery date, and all the pieces are not âcompletedâ yet. All available pieces are scattered around different locations. Furthermore, she explained that it would take her a few days to âfigure this out,â and she would have to get back to me after speaking with her manager, âwho is not in today - and she, herself, is off tomorrow.â
So at this point, my âin stockâ purchase is not only not in stock, but some of it is not even built. Some pieces are made, and others are not yet fabricated. Still to be determined is whether the fabric dye lots will match?!
This is not what we expected from Arhaus - who has such high ratings. It appears that they have let their standards of customer service decline.

   Read moreI have had some up's and down's with the company but overall they have succeeded in making our customer service interactions better. The manager, David, always comes through with solutions even though I bought furniture 5 months ago and still have not received it all yet. He explained to me that some of the tables are back ordered, he did give me discounts that made myself and my wife happy. My first interaction with the salesperson, Tati Edwards was not the best, as I had asked to use the restroom after I looked at all the furniture with my son. She directed me to Nordstroms because she said it was out of order. When my wife walked in shortly after the same salesperson let her use the restroom. Maybe because my wife was nicely dressed and I had on New balance clothes. I pointed this out afterwards and they were apologetic. Furniture quality is excellent, delivery service is very professional. They called when they were delayed. I would give 5 star but as I stated above I am still waiting on part of my delivery of furniture. I would definitely shop here again. update all my furniture was delivered and the manager Dave give us a discount to offset the waiting time and the damage furniture. This was all done with no hassle, and I will definitely purchase furniture at Arhaus again every time that I deal with David, the manager, he is extremely polite and very accommodating.
