Bought frames and lenses less than a year ago. I’ve worn glasses over 50 years but when I contacted the company to ask if I could get better scratch protection on my next pair I was told they only offer one level of protection and it was the best in the industry. When I told them my glasses were horribly scratched yet less than a year old, the company representative told me that I didn’t know how to properly care for my glasses and that I should take better care with the next pair. In the past I’ve typically had my prescription changed before I ever needed to worry about scratched lenses impairing my vision. Evidence Warby Parker glasses and their lenses are poor quality and not worth the price. I did however take the representative’s advice regarding my next pair. Read moreRussell was a great help when my husband and I visited today. I had purchased my second pair of Warby Parker frames but was having issues with the lenses. When we showed up we didn't have to wait long, and Russell helped to troubleshoot what was going on. We figured out that due to my high prescription it would be better to go with a smaller, rounder frame compared to the larger rectangle-shaped ones I bought online. He even got me set up with a low-bridge fit one that fit my nose bridge so much better. The exchange was hassle-free and I really appreciated his help!
My husband also appreciated the quality of the frames while he was browsing. We like that the displays show if the frames are narrow width, regular, wide, or extra wide. Read morePaid for a exam,got a perscription and glasses I loved however when I recieved the glasses they were un wearable,something with the perscription was off regardless of the employee who seemed intent on dismissing anything I brought up that could possibly be the issue. Full disclosure I don't claim to know much about glasses or the technical terms regarding lenses I only know that I wear them,been wearing them for yrs and these I could not wear.. I couldn't get my perscription re checked because I was told it could take 10mins to get to me or a undetermined amount of time and I could hang around the mall and wait for a text because they were booked..To sum things up,I have a perscription I cant use and had to return glasses I needed but couldnt wear.
