I have never experienced the degree of unprofessionalism like I have at this nail salon. I got a set of acrylic nails here and my experience was beyond awful. After just two days of receiving my manicure, one of the nails broke, so I returned to the salon so that they could fix it. I was there for over an hour to fix one nail. The employees are extremely slow and there is always a long wait whether you make an appointment or not. After I was finished, I was getting ready to leave when they actually tried to charge me for fixing a nail that broke just days after getting them done. I was not used to this policy, as at most nail salons, they would fix it for free. The extremely rude and unprofessional lady working the front desk proceeded to blame me for the misunderstanding because I apparently should have told her on the phone which employee did my nails in the first place. I had no idea that their policy is that the same person must fix the nail that did them in the first place. This policy should've been made clear to me before I came in, but yet I proceeded to get blamed. The lady working the front desk then asked me leave and muttered under her breathe to not come back as I was exiting. She then proceeded to call my phone after I left, not once, but TWICE! When she called, she very rudely told me not to come back over $5 that I shouldn't have even been charged in the first place!!! I was already not planning on coming back due to the complete lack of professionalism, the extremely long waits, and the fact that they do not do a goo job at all. The way they treat customers is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you are thinking about going to this nail salon, think again because I can promise that you will receive the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE you will...
Read moreCame as a walk in and was told it would be about 15 minutes, which I expected as I did not have an appointment. Ended up waiting about 35 before being taken back. I came in as a blank slate with clean, natural nails requesting a new acrylic full set. Lady was very sweet in the beginning, however, she glued the extensions onto my nails extremely crooked. I’m usually not one to complain - but these were bad. I showed her that they looked off from my perspective and asked her to file down the opposing side to try and even it out. She did but continued to file the other side as well, only progressing the issue. After asking her to attempt again she became hostile. I asked if a coworker could take a look and be a fresh set of eyes. I sat down at a different station and all the employees agreed that they were not correct but offered nothing to fix it. Their only explanation was that from the position my hand was in during the service, they were straight. That is unacceptable. Hands are viewed from multiple angles and it should be the technicians responsibility to perform the service correctly. While another tech was assessing my nails the original woman who did my full set continuously grabbed my hand in an effort to show the problem spot in a very rude manner. I was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was the crazy one. I had to ask my boyfriend, who knows nothing about nails, if they looked off - he agreed they did. I payed 25 dollars for the service up until the filing of one hand. I also tipped, which I shouldn’t have. Overall I would not recommend. Quality is poor, customer...
Read moreI went in with a decision to get something simple. Then I changed to wanting a full set. The process of doing either is usually the same so I don't see a problem. Well, I got confused when the tech cut all my nails off and then added only acrylic to my natural super short nails. All I wanted was beautiful nails and that did NOT happen. I was offered to fix but the offer sounded like it wouldn't make sense to make a longer nail on one hand and tips on the other. I kept my cool because honestly it's embarrassing when I explained that I'm going to a wedding tomorrow. My nails were not cut evenly and so short I am in major pain. I even yelped as she was filing after cutting them so short. I feel bad that maybe the tech was confused on full set. They called this a full set acrylic and charged me 40$. I had set up that I was going to get a pedicure to have matching nailpolish and designed put on, but even the dark brown nail polish I picked wasn't even dark. I ended up canceling my pedicure due to the timing of how long it was taking. I feel like a clown. I don't have time to come tomorrow morning to get a 'discount to fix'. I don't recommend going to this location. I don't have confidence in myself now because of the embarrassment of my nails. They...
