I came on Saturday, Tampa cities parking fine fee website wasn't working so I had to come down in person and put the payment in the dropbox. The garage straddles a street and Southside has an elevator for the south side of the street and the north side has an elevator for the north side of the street. Signage was not plentiful but I did find the parking department on the north side of the street. Sorry for the rant LOL.
