We came here after Midnight Mass @ House of Shadows. Initially we went to GenX Tavern, but well... you can read my review on that if you'd like.
This was a good time. P&B has a chill atmosphere, no loud music or obnoxious patrons. We sat at the bar, which wasn't uncomfortable as it can be at some places. Our server was friendly. Honestly I have nothing 'bad' to say.
However there is room for a little improvement.
The Cheese Pizza was good but the dough part could use a bit better consistency, it could have a better mouth-feel, was a bit hard to cut, and wanted to fall apart when I picked it up. It's an odd shape and can be difficult to eat with your hands, though I wouldn't take off points for it's just preference (they provided a knife and fork, but I'm originally from NY, so there was no way I was using that for pizza 😄)
Girlfriend got the 'Ultimate Comfort Grilled Cheese', which she mostly enjoyed. I tried it as well and I think I liked it more than her, more than what I ordered actually. If you're a fan of sourdough bread it's a good order. It also came with kettle chips, which honestly I usually hate, but these were actually good 😋
When I started writing this, I initially tapped 4 Stars, however as I kept on, I think it wouldn't be fair, as I really want to give this place a 4.5, which currently is not possible. Just asked my gf to check, and indeed, their current rating is 4.5, so I'm not surprised.
Because this little late night date ender was fairly cheap ($23.66 after tax & before tip, and that's including the lager I ordered), I'm rounding up...

After an attraction down at the Riverwalk my fiancée found this place for some food. Walking down the street the large name sign certainly stands out amongst the rest, as we entered I fell in love with the environment the setup and decor. For me was a very nice feel of a simple easy tap room concept.... When ordering food, please do not waste 5 minutes looking for a way to order on the link from the QR code like I did 🤣🤦🤣🤦🤣🤦 oops. The staff was very quick even with what I saw only 3 people behind the bar and a completely full room.
Beers were cold and delicious!!
We started out with the loaded kettle chips, thoroughly enjoyed them while we waited for the wings and the roast beef sammich. When the mains came out the flavor was delicious, meat was cooked and cheese was melted but the plate as a whole was cool/cold, when brought to the staff attention they were very quick to be helpful and albeit I asked for no discount or anything since we ate majority of it but to just share info, she still comped half on the plates . When they warn you about the hotness of the wings, I certainly (as someone who makes BBQ and hot sauce @the_drunken_flamingo) I highly recommend the average person heed their warning, after 10 wings you'll certainly be needing a glass of water.
This is a highly recommended stop for a quick beer or a long stay, we'll be sure to be back!!!
Thank you for...

The tap list was stacked with creativity — I went with a flight that included their hazy IPA, a tart blackberry sour, a smooth nitro stout, and a seasonal honey lavender blonde ale. Every pour was clean, balanced, and full of personality — clearly crafted with care.
We paired our beers with a few pub favorites, and everything exceeded expectations. The brewpub burger was juicy and loaded with sharp cheddar, crispy onions, and house-made beer mustard. The IPA-battered fish tacos were a standout — crunchy, fresh, and drizzled with a smoky chipotle aioli. The giant pretzel with beer cheese? A must-have.
The space itself was vibrant and inviting — high ceilings, industrial touches, long communal tables, and a great outdoor patio with fire pits and string lights. They even had live local music playing, adding energy without overpowering the conversation.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the beers, and quick to offer samples and recommendations. You can tell they love what they do, and it adds a lot to the overall vibe.
Whether you're a craft beer fan or just looking for a great place to hang out, this brewery gets it all right: five stars for flavor, fun, and flawless...
