The employees that work at this location are WONDERFUL!!! They give first class treatment and take their time with you, giving you undivided attention. Our sales associate was Shaq. The co-creation artist there is equally as incredible. Her name is Selina. She is beyond talented and is one of the kindest people I have ever met. My 1 star review is for the store manager MARCIE. I'd give her a negative ratimg if it was an option. She snapped at the employees in front of me and berated them, which was obvious to me this was her regular behaviour, because she thought they were taking too long. At this time, it had only been about 10 minutes we were in the store. Which btw the employees apologized for it, not wanting me to feel like I was an inconvenience. They handled it very well, but I sensed they were embarrassed. These are considered luxury shoes and we bought 2 pair and added the co creation. At no time should you feel rushed, most mid luxury to luxury stores offer a beverage and don't apply pressure. Because she rushed them, berated them in front of us and created stress, they made several mistakes on our checkout by accidentaly charging us for 3 pair of shoes and charging us for laces ($70) that were supposed to be included in the additional $130 co creation fee. Shaq is making the adjustments. When I called her after we left the store, she was just as rude wity me and argued with me about it, giving me ta non working number as the number for me to call to complain. This is disappointing behaviour that I would imagine a luxury brand would not want to put their name behind. I have been to the New Orleans location and had an amazing experience as well as the Tampa location while she was not in. The morale of the staff was definitely off when I was in and she was there verse not in. I have spoken to Golden Goose corporate and will be reaching out to her boss Gretchen as well. This woman needs to be fired immediately, she is a disease...

After approx. 2 years of having my shoes with minimal wear the leather completely ripped off of the leather. Nothing I had even seen in my shoes (designer or not). I was given only one option to have them repaired. I had to drive to Miami to the store in the design district. So of course wanting to keep my shoes authentic I booked the trip and made it a weekend to get my Golden Goose repaired. They showed me my options and I chose to do the full resolve for over $200. Literally I could have bought another pair a Veja’s or any other brand of shoe for less, but that was my decision. However, after nearly 2 months of waiting for my shoes I finally got them back and was so happy. Unfortunately after wearing them twice the leather starting ripping from the sole once again. So disappointing. I’ve tried to reach the manufacturer many times but they did not have a resolution and did not want care to hear about my issue. This is so disappointing; now I’ve unfortunately lost $200+ and am unable to wear my newly resolved shoes. Beware of this issue with the Superstar shoes! I’m not sure of the other models but I have two pairs of Superstars that I can’t wear now and they are practically new. This company is far from customer service focused and very arrogant when it comes to resolving and issue that would keep...

So I walked back into the store after three months of purchasing the shoes to show the sales associate the shoes and the problems. I showed them several locations on both pairs of shoes the issue. I said, I understand the distress look but I told them they are literally falling apart. Then the sale associate replied back saying, “I understand, these high end luxury shoes shouldn’t be falling apart like this and currently we do not have a store manager at this point, unfortunately your not the only person this is happening too but Golden Goose doesn’t have a policy regarding your issue at this time. Your best luck is to find a local shoe repair place to fix the shoes. We are not responsible for the cost for fixing/repairing the shoes or exchange them. That store has horrible customer service and communication. This will be my first and last time buying a pair of Golden Goose shoe since that store stated Golden Goose doesn’t have any policy for their high end Luxury...
