Had a great New Year's Day visit to this location. I. had no idea there was an in-store sale and found three beautiful items and was pleased when I noticed was packed in a reusable tote bag after checking out. I always find the service up and down here and not sure why, Only snafu on this visit is they started a dressing room for me but then put back clothes as I guess I was browsing too long lol. I do admit I am more of a Lilly sale shopper and maybe they cater to full price customers. I did find a jacket I liked but too large and they salesperson offered to see if could locate one through distribution stating it was $5 more to buy that way which I didn't know could be done. I do appreciate the beautiful large dressing rooms and a sales associate did offer to get other sizes for me while I was trying on. Do recommend this store and love being able to try on as find the sizes inconsistent as most clothing lines. I need xl and xxl so that is a challenge with Lilly. I have been dealing with a missing order for almost 1 month, and each time I called customer service, I had to talk to a new person, and either there were no previous notes based on my multiple calls, or they were ignored! Only 1 of 4 customer service agents showed any level of empathy and the others just told me they would follow up to make sure my problem was resolved, when in fact, it is still NOT resolved. I have been asking for a refund for the numerous items I did NOT receive, and am being shortchanged! How does a business like this stay viable?Does anybody at Lilly actually understand what this situation warrants and can they legitimately assist? Read moreI would rather rip my fingernails out than deal with this store. They don’t help. They sell you damaged products. White skirts (brand new)with black permanent marker. Their managers are terrible not helpful and say “policy” and make the consumer go out of their way for the return and then they have no product. When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars you would expect better customer service. A prison has better customer service. Shop somewhere else. Go to Nordstrom. Lily is low quality and bad customer service. Save yourself the pain. I have sent over 15 emails back and forth over 3 weeks and they are not helping with the return or a refund!
