Letās start off by the only reason why I give a 5 star is because of the young dark skin lady that works there.. Letās start from the beginning, my niece really wanted a pair of slides for school this year and me being a great uncle I said cool letās go. My mother ended up going with us. As we walk in the store not one employee greeted us or acknowledged one of us. As we make our way to where the sandals and shoes are where the white sofas are my niece picked up the sandals that she wanted, remind still nobody acknowledged us. I wanted her to experience what it was like to go into a high-end store. Within five minutes of being in the store, they young dark skin woman came from the back and finally spoke to us and asked us if we were being helped by that time I was already sitting on the sofa with my mother. We explained to the young lady that this was my nieceās first time ever coming into the store and that she wanted the full experience so the young lady offered my niece, some sparkling water and a champagne glass and then offered to talk about the sandals that she wanted. So within 15 to 20 minutes of looking at different sandals and trying on numerous sizes and numerous styles mind you, my niece is about 6 feet tall with a big foot lol but my niece came to conclusion that she wanted these certain sandals, and they did not have her size so the young lady helped us order them online and reassured us that they would be shipped to the house in a timely fashion And that she apologized that nobody helped us within the first five minutes of being in the store with that being said, I explained to her that there was only three other customers, and there was about 10 employees that are working there, and not one person acknowledged us except her when she came out of the back room And we thanked her very much and was very pleased with how she handled us as consumers in a high-end store. I wish I could remember her name at the end of the day. The consumer wants the experience wants to be happy wants to be comfortable around the sales people at a high-end store and at first nobody made us feel that way, but thank goodness for the young lady that came out the back room to help us. She deserves to run that store one day with a definitely pay raise.

I called the store to see if maybe they had the same pair in stock and I could swap thinking that might help. I didnāt want to return them all together or exchange for another pair. I wanted these as thatās why I bought them. In calling the store the lady while nice said the site says no refunds or exchanges. Her delivery tone made it seem like sheās said that WAY too many times. So I said Iām stuck with a pair of shoes I am unable to wear? She said maybe find a cobbler in your area that might be able to fix them for you. While I understand I bought them. Iām disappointment in the way they donāt seem to care about making it right or customer satisfaction. ...

I told them I had the vaccine already but I would put one on, then the lady told me very rudely I can shop on line. After I put the mask on I went over to find the pair my lady wanted. I stared at the sandel for 5 mins with no one helping me. The ladys seemed to be more interested in their conversation than helping a customer. I finally had to ask one of the three employees standing there talking for some help. I decided I will not spend my money at a place that doesn't value potential customers. Couldn't believe the horrible service I received there. I went to Nordstroms, purchased the sandels and got them gift wrapped for free too!!! All of Nordstroms sales staff were very nice...
