This is the second time Lindsay has not only answered questions for me but placed an order for me and basically offered me TOP NOTCH customer service, answered all my questions and made me feel amazing about spending a small fortune. I bought my lovesac sactional in Baltimore, MD in 2012 and have changed the covers twice, bought an additional lovesac sectional for my Rustic cabin in Ohio (the Lovesac is worth more than the cabin lol). Now living in Florida I have purchased all new replacements cushions and covers during the pandemic (Lindsay also helped me with that transaction) and now added three additional seats and sides for my OG Lovesac. I don't even know how to give Lindsay proper credit but she surely deserves it. My cart sat floundering for weeks as I tried to decided if I should add pieces how many and what was the deal with the deep seats? Are they versatile? are they worth it? I already have a deep side that allowed me to have the long sactional but the seats? I used your chat services and spoke with a person who though not meaning to confused me more about the deep seat option and left me to abandon my cart again and not pull the trigger on the order. SO, this all changed with one call to Lindsay, she made it so easy to understand the deep seat "it just meant a smaller size back cushion nothing else is different" THAT WAS SO EASY! Don't give me measurements, just tell me straight up. She has the ability to streamline the info and charge my account in minutes. Not only that she sent me pics via text of configurations and worked out the best way to make a chair etc. She also located my account and even did a price adjustment days later when I ended up getting an additional 5% off coupon via email. Lindsay made sure that I Knew that Lovesac valued me as a customer. She sounded like she had enthusiasm about being a lovesac employee which is major to me. And she generally provided customer service that is very hard to find in our current climate. We already had a fairly good idea that Sactionals were what we wanted since my grandson had purchased one a few years ago. Shipping was fast, although a little sporadic with most pieces coming one day and the rest over the next couple of days. Luckily all the pieces for the couch came the same day. The loveseat pieces trickled in over the next couple of days. My daughter (age 59) and myself (age 79) had the couch put together in less than 90 minutes. It's a bit of a workout but it's pretty much idiot proof. The concept is ingenious. It's sturdy, very comfortable, and the simple styling will work with almost any decor style. If you can't find a fabric covering that you like, you just haven't seen them all! There must be at least a hundred! I'm so happy we decided to spend the bucks.    Read moreThis couch is a NIGHTMARE!! The commercials are false advertising! It is ridiculously hard to set up and to rearrange! It took two highly educated people 3 days and we still needed to hire someone to put it together! The covers take an act of god to put on as well! The company has no help for setting it up, they have no one you can even hire, their only solution was taskrabbit! The cords are not long enough and the layouts are more limited than they tell you!
