My wife & I had purchased several items including a table and chairs and arranged for them to be delivered to our home. The table had a unique base that allowed you to raise and lower the top. We were concerned with the movement of the top but were assured by the owner that when the table was delivered that they would use a lock washer during reassembly to secure top at the desired height. When the items were delivered, the owner & his assistant were in a huge hurry to unload all the items and leave for their next delivery. The table was left in pieces with no instruction on how to assemble it. We were able to figure out how to get them assembled but even with the lock washer they left the table had considerable movement just like it did in the store. I left a voice message & text the owner a video of the issue but it has yet to be resolved. The only suggestion I received via text was to tighten it more. We were really excited about getting all of these unique pieces delivered but have been very disappointed in the customer service after the sale & delivery of our new furniture. I love this store. It has some of the most unique items that you won’t find elsewhere. My son and daughter in law purchased two incredible chests. One is their new coffee table the other an end table. We thought they were reasonably priced considering how unique they were. Rugs, unique furniture, art, jewelry.
