My wife’s favorite cup was broken when one of our cats pushed it off the counter. She was already devastated by the loss of her father due to COVID-19, so losing her cup was just too much for her to deal with at the time. After a few phone calls I was directed to Made in New Mexico where I talked to Sarah who helped me not only purchase the cup, bud made sure it was the exact same one and shipped it quickly. In fact I received it in just a few days. They also included a very nice card telling my wife they hoped that this cup will help ease her loss during this difficult time. This was a really wonderful store with unique items. Unfortunately, the cashier was extremely rude many times. Absolutely inexcusable. I was trying to buy 4 coffee mugs and when I asked for help because they were different sizes and I was trying to have a matched set. She just shrugged her shoulders at me and walked away. Incredible store and service. While we were vacationing in Taos, we stopped in this store to look at Decor we needed for our house. We found exactly what we were looking for. We asked them to ship two large handmade lamps to us and a cute handmade coyote statue. They definitely aim to please. We had never seen such expertly packed shipment and care of our items.
