I came here about a month ago and was treated very nicely, I bought a 24 dollar ring that I was so excited about. A couple weeks after I bought it, it broke. I live an hour from Tarpon Springs and drove all the way back because I remembered that there was a sign above the rings mentioning only “lifetime guarantee”. I came back and a woman told me that she always explains that the store has nothing to do with the guarantee and gives customers a paper saying the guarantee was not from the store but the manufacturer, which I had to call and pay for my ring to be replaced. I however, had never been told this or given the information paper when I bought it, so I drove an hour for nothing and was not given the information to keep the receipt or anything. I felt very dismissed, and then they proceeded to follow me around the store which made me a bit uncomfortable.
