I was interested in purchasing a quality banana chair and had seen their product advertised on a popular web site but didn’t find a fabric color I wanted. When I discovered they have a store in the Salt Lake City I decided to stop in and see what they had. I’m from northeast Oregon and visit family in the area several times a year. I was greeted cheerfully. Due to the popularity of banana chairs there were few in stock but they were scheduled to manufacture some in the near future (2-3 weeks). I explained that we were only in the area for a week and would provide them with a shipping address. I selected the fabrics I wanted from a large volume of materials available. They then offered to move the production date up to meet my travel time. To my surprise I received a call the following day telling me that my custom chair was ready for pick up. Here are some of the things you can expect when you do business with them: Teenagers will build your furniture Teenagers will assemble your furniture Teenagers will use all of your tools to assemble said furniture The owners won't equip their workers with proper PPE during a pandemic The same quality of furniture can be found on KSL or DI The owners will call you crazy when you say you're going to leave a review The owners will call your wife sweetheart (they are from that generation where it's ok to do that) They will leave your wife in tears Paisley's only cares about their margins and when they see them dwindling because of their mistakes, it's your problem. They work with you so you can get exactly what you dream of. From my first phone call I felt heard. Heidi heard that I was hesitant about any furniture because of my kids, she found me just the right fabric at just the right cost to accommodate and keep my furniture lasting and beautiful!
