I've been out of town for almost 6 weeks but able to continue my practice on Zoom, for which I am so grateful. Yvonne and Cliff's classes are so simple but the progression of each one gently leads your body to incremental change. Those tiny daily changes, in my case, have resulted in no lower back pain, something I thought was permanent before I started Kaiut several years ago. My neck turns freely, my shoulders are relaxed, my spine is straight, my hips are open and even, my knees bend and straighten completely and my ankles are strong and flexible. I've spent more time with Yvonne over the years, but Cliff's classes are so thoughtful and challenging that I find myself gravitating to his time slots these days. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been enjoying the Kauit practice since 11/19. I had a ski accident and fractured my shoulder in 3 places in 2/20. When I came back to practice in July I was limited due to my shoulder but Yvonne and Cliff adapted the practice to work with my right arm. 12/20 I'm close to having my full range of motion back with the help of Kauit. In addition, I recently had a bone density test which showed a statistically significant improvement in bone mineral density. I attribute this to regular Kauit practice. I used to go 4 days a week but with Covid I'm going 6 days a week and have noticed a big difference with the increase of classes. I would recommend Kauit practice for anyone.
