I stopped into Pandora to pick out a birthday gift for a friend and totally forgot there was one in the mall. When I walked in, there were a few people ahead of me, but I was greeted right away and told someone would be with me soon, which I really appreciate. I love walking into a store where I’m about to spend money and actually being acknowledged.

Once Natalia was available, she helped me out and was super friendly, polite, and knew her stuff. I only came in for one thing but ended up finding something for myself while I waited (of course 😂). She also looked up my customer account and explained how it works, which was nice since I didn’t even remember having one.

Ran into an issue with a brand new purchase I got at a Pandora store and stopped by the Temecula Promenade one. Decided to call and ask my question about my item instead (because I knew it was 5mins to close for them and didn’t want to keep them from getting off and getting home. I’d just come back in the morning if needed). The associate named Jackie answered and was phenomenal!!! She appreciated my gesture but said to come on in she would be there waiting for me. SHE WAS! She helped me with my issue and I walked out of the store in such high and amazing spirits with my Pandora ring!! Jackie you’re the best! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and assistance. While shopping at the Temecula Valley Mall we heard what sounded like gun shots and quickly after a huge wave of panicked shoppers started running for the exits. We chose Pandora Jewelry to hide in while the dust settled and the ladies there at the store where very calm and absolutely handled everything very professionally. They made sure the front entrance, and the inside of the store were secure.
