Owner asked me to bring ring back to store, but said can't replace the stone because it was real they only have cz. What's the point in bringing it in if they can't replace my diamond!? Why would I even want them to touch it again, if they couldn't even make sure the diamonds were secure the first time (they charged me more because diamonds were real). They should have just told me that can't do it. The quality of work is poor. I noticed as soon as the person who picked the ring up, brought it to me still in bag. I would rather not come back and just take it to a professional who can guarantee their work and take the time to inspect the ring in front of the customer, like other jewelers do. Our fault for thinking the store would make sure all was good. I'll just report them to the BBB.

Read moreI'm going to try and be as objective as possible and just stick to the facts. Although I wasn't pleased with the customer service at this place, it wasn't horrible either. My problem came with the service and charges. My wife came to get her ring (bought somewhere else) resized. The agreed upon size was 6 and the cost was $80. When we got the ring back it was still too big on her finger. When we brought it back, we found out that the ring was actually size 6.5 instead of the size 6 that was origionally agreed upon. When my wife asked them to make it the right size that we first asked for, she was told that it would be an additional $20 to resize again.
