Madurai Sizzle Shack — Restaurant in Tempe

I feel very bad when I write a bad review of this kind of restaurant, but they need to improve their quality of food and maintain a good customer relationship. We all went for the Mother's Day lunch at this place. Had a very bad experience with the items. They advertise a menu on Instagram, but not all the items are available to everyone at lunch. We have to ask for the missing items in the buffet. Very salty dishes (especially the non-veg like crab curry, goat curry, etc.). Veg dishes like samosa and sambar are okay. They had thalapakatu briyani on the menu, but it was so cold. The owner who came and talked to us was not rude, but they did not have the correct attitude towards the customer. We know the restaurant is in Tempe, AZ. But when we went inside the restaurant, it was so sultry, no good Air conditioning. Solid Vegan Indian Meal – Is this the GREATEST Indian food I’ve ever had? No, but the best I've had was a home cooked meal by my ex boyfriend's mom lol— but I still enjoyed my meal very much...... and for $5? Absolutely worth it.
