What an honest and down to earth kinda guy! John and his employee are above excellence when it comes to working on your jewelry! If i could give them more than 5 stars, I would. He sized my platinum wedding rings and polished them up so good that they honestly looked better than when they were brand new! His pricing was also WAY better than any of those ‘name brand’ jewelry stores. I haven’t been able to wear my rings for at least 5 years d/t weight gain. I was super careful with leaving them with just any jeweler. So I googled repair shops here in Temple and I was so impressed with his reviews. And let me tell you...those reviews were spot on! Also, when I was there, customers just kept coming in and they all said that they will not bring their jewelry to any other place except for John. That right there says a lot! Diamond in the Rough…and there aren’t enough stars”! Located in an older part of Temple, so don’t let the scenery fool you or scare you off! On 2.7.16, I stopped by at the last minute to have three watches worked on (two batteries replacements and a watchband adjustment). In and out within 10 minutes and I couldn't beat the price with a stick...better than any location within the Central Texas area. After fixing my watches, I was able to speak with this amazing father and son duo. Both are extremely knowledgeable, personable and passionate about what they do and are willing to speak with anyone about anything (Amazing Customer Service). I will be a returning customer! Absolutely only place I will take my jewelry too. When I had to cut my wedding band off due to weight gain ,it was absolutely mangled .. they fixed it and resized it to perfection . Resized it up 2 full sizes and it was as good as new. I have since taken in my name plate necklace 2x to be repaired and now I will take that same wedding ring in to have it resized back down 2 sizes bcuz I have since lost all my weight.. I will NEVER ever take jewelry to anyone but John's jewelry and repair . They are the most trust worthy jewelers in town . So...
