If I could give zero stars I would. After purchasing cufflinks online this morning, (which I only did because I tried calling over and over to see if they had the cufflinks in stock that I wanted) I called the stores few more times and when they finally answered I asked to verify they did have them in stock and ready for pick up 30 minutes before I got there, I explained that we are running late for a funeral and just needed to run in, grab our order and run out; I arrived to no help.
The lady I spoke with on the phone said the order wasn’t in the system yet. I asked to see a manager to see if there was an exception they could make as I have already verified my card had been charged and I had a receipt. Kristy, or Krissy? The manager there was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even after showing the paid receipt, she refused to help.
Even after I asked if she could possibly call someone up her chain of command, I asked to speak with a district or even a regional manager… someone that could see we spend thousands of dollars in that store and could be willing to make an exception to let us pick up the $40 cufflinks.. she said everyone was on vacation and unavailable to speak with and that I would have to deal with her.
Absolutely ridiculous. Even the kid behind the counter was trying to plead with her to allow me to take them because we had a receipt. Talk about terrible customer service. As a manager of a store you should have the autonomy to make those types of decisions. Telling me everyone is on vacation and I would have to deal with her. We have NEVER had this type of experience at a Men’s Wearhouse. Absolutely...
Read moreI stand on principal. I bought everything and didn’t question a price because I was told I was getting 20% off. I made my purchase at the register to confirm I was getting my 20% off and they said yes “we got you”. They reassured me throughout all of the items I picked out that I was going to get 20% off. I got home and they didn’t take anything off other than $30 off $1000 bill. I called and I said you guys told me that I would get 20% off. They then told me oh we weren’t able to so we took 20% off… so what we ended up doing was taking 20% off the highest marked item. On a $370 suit jacket 20% doesn’t equal $30. You must really believe your customers are that stupid to just blatantly lie again and again. It is not about the money in this situation. I could buy 50 suits. But it’s the principal. You should honor your word and take care of your customer. They would have been honest, then I would’ve returned for multiple suits/items which would have provided them more money in the long run. So in this case, I returned everything today and I will no longer go to Men’s Wearhouse.
I never leave reviews. I’m sorry I had to do this but if you do go there, I guess check your receipt 10 times. They do have nice clothes. I will give them that. But at the end of the day, I just felt like I left a...
Read moreAnother great fit by Men’s Wearhouse via store #1210. Last night (9-8-25) in Dallas TX was the U.S. premiere release of the movie “Triumph of the Heart”, produced by Cecilia Stevenson.
A black tie event with white and red as theme colors celebrating Poland, MW fitted out my husband with a beautiful Vera Wang tux with red cummerbund.
We want to give a shout out to staff member Victory and store manager Chrissy for their excellent customer service and attention to detail when we ran into a snaffu and they got the problem solved.
We are long time customers of MW, including many single suit purchases through the years across various states and MW locations, including suiting up our wedding party back in 2012 through store #1210. I personally enjoy purchasing Calvin Klein fitted men’s dress shirts to fit my long arms. This is often problematic for me and MW offers the perfect fit!
We also appreciate the MW National Suit Drive to help the unemployed...
