Ordered a bed on line for my son 3 weeks ago. Was told it would be delivered yesterday and it never was. Called and said it would be today. Waited and they finally delivered it. They came in set it up and they forgot the dresser that was suppose to come with it. They said someone was on there way with it and would be here soon. They left and as soon as I opened the drawer in the headboard a cockroach was crawling I opened the bottom drawer and the bed and there was more. So disgusted I called the score and demanded it be picked up right away. They sent one person to bring the dresser and he had to take the bed apart and take it to the truck alone. As he was there was another roach that went across the bed and this time he saw it. The store is now closed and the manager was suppose to call me back and never did so I wasn’t able to talk to a manager about this very horrible experience but someone is going to need to make this right I’ve never had anything like this...

Horrible customer service. Store manager is very rude. I contacted them on three separate occasions to make them aware of my financial hardship and that I was no longer able to pay for the merchandise. After the third attempt they finally came out to retrieve the merchandise but refused to take it claiming it was too damaged. So now I'm stuck with furniture I can't pay for and they are threatening to take me to court. It's all about money. They do not care about their customers. Store manager was very rude and unsympathetic. There are much better options out there. Also, do not give them the names and numbers of your family and friends because they will call and harass them. They called my 60 year old mother who has cancer and harassed her on multiple occasions. Total nightmare! Don't rent...

They were nice up until I returned an item. Then the guy that came to retrieve it said he didn't have room on the truck. Then magically was able to take it. 2 days go by. Then same guy comes and sits across the street. Never gets out. My fiance goes and talks to him. He says my phone was disconnected. They tried to call. So I call to talk to Tim. Mind you, he's never available. But,bi wait on hold. I started politely and right away he acts like an ass. So, I return the favor. You can't do business when your employees are too lazy to come to a door. Not once, but three times too lazy. Then say you've attempted to reach someone when obviously you haven't. Then act like I haven't...
