Just want to express a unpleasant moment. I think it's unprofessional from the new CEO! Been going to Atlantic Aviation for years we work with clients from all over the world that arrive or leave out of Atlantic Aviation 233 industrial Ave. Drivers or Security Beware !!! If you get coffee or sit down to wait for your clients to Arrive, the Security guard will shut you out and tell you in front of everyone you can't sit or wait in the waiting area, because it's the new rules of the new CEO , like we different from the clients that are traveling!! Very unprofessional!!!! We Will definitely let all our clients know to use another Hanger. That will value everyone...

I delivered a fellow crew member to this FBO on 11 FEB 2022 and encountered the most welcoming and helpful security gate, ramp service and CS personnel. This is the opposite experience of the negative one-star rating I posted four years ago.
