I went in to get 3 entrees and 2 sides. My 3 entrees were Walnut Shrimp. I told the server I will wait until another batch comes out and she informed me it had just come out 5 min ago. I proceeded with my order. For my sides I chose greens. The greens were placed in the biggest part of the plate while the shrimp were placed in the two pockets. I told the server I would like my whole entrée in the biggest part of the plate. She told me in a very matter-of-factly kind of way (the customer paying for my food) that it was against the "rules". I spoke with a manager who doubled down on it being against the "rules". Instead they used a plate plus a small container to package my entrée- which seems like a waste of packing products. The point is as a paying customer who specifically requested my food be packaged a certain way --I was denied. I thought me spending my money warrant that a request for how I want "my food" packed would be honored. First off the price ridiculous for the amount your getting. My sister had fried rice with hers, it was mushy & very little veggies. I was supposed to have chow mein noodles, more like the hard dry noodles that dont go quiet down in to the water in the bowl when you make ramen noodles. They were tasteless and cold, entire meal was cold period. The steak tasted bland, but tender. The Spring rolls were nice and crispy on outside, but mush on the inside. I arrived on time and patiently waited as I watch 6 other meals made and purchased in front of me, no telling how many out the drive thru, and 4 door dash orders go out that arrived AFTER I DID. A couple girls kinda checked on me but with no results. One girl handed me the drinks (which were probably made at 8:05pm) and they were already watered down and the cup were weak.
