Lived all over the west coast. ABSOLOUT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Moved to the area to build a home, an after having electric hooked up I hadn't received a bill after 2 months I called in with some questions about why I hadn't seen a bill yet. One of 3 women who answer phone interrupted me over an over an told me she couldnt answer any questions or talk to me until bill was paid!!! Employees on phone are flat RUDE AN NOT HELPFUL!!!! MY ELECT BILL IS 140-150 PER MONTH WITHOUT MY HOME BUILT!! VERY HIGH PRICED!!! I ONLY HAVE A REFRIG AN FREEZER AN A TV AN IT COST ME 150 PER MONTH...NO HOME YET. WHEN I CALL IN TO TALK ABOUT MY BILL ALL 3 WOMEN WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ACT PUT OUT OR IRRITATED TO ANSWER QUESTION ABOUT COST OF BILL OR WHAT MAKES COST OF BILL.
