I am a fairly regular customer here and I've never had any complaints. The workers are amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. It feels like going and hanging out at a friend's house. They have couches with a tv and gaming consoles for anyone to use and they are always hosting one game or another, usually Magic the Gathering.
