It's burgerville. Things are expensive and it's fast food quality. I think the biggest let down at this location specifically is the parking lot and the bathroom. There is a total of 6 spaces and 4 of them are a pain to get into for anything larger than a mini coop. The bathroom was also really nasty. It's a single person bathroom, but the toilet paper was hard to get out so it kept ripping to pieces. I wasn't the only one having this issue as there was paper all over the floor and my shoes. There wasn't any soap, and I couldn't dry my hands. The other thing was the transient issue. I don't have a problem with these people usually. It was hot today and they were lingering in the trees for much needed shade. But, our truck could only be parked in one spot right next to them. They liked to lean all over it and kept messing with the truck box and looking in our truck bed while we waited for our food. Not really anything on burgervilles part, just something to be aware of when you go. The last thing was the tables and booths. There were quite a bit of staff members. Like, A LOT, except none of the tables were cleaned. Every single table was gross. Not just a couple crumbs, there was ice cream spots and spilled drinks and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI woke up from a nap and someone said burgerville and something about locally sourced and sustainable fast food. I was like yeah, right⦠that doesnāt exist. But anyhow my mouth was totally empty and I wanted to get it filled with tasty food treats asap. Burgerville looks like a regular olā place, but dang! Itās next level good. Burger was juicy and amazingly cooked (got the big bacon burger). Friend are kinda like mcdonks but made with love; made like someone has fry standards (and salted to perfection). I also got a strawberry shake which was the best shake Iāve ever had in my life. I liked try isolate the strawberries in my mouth because they have a nice squishy texture. I wonder if burgerville is a place you can live? Or a real place? For now Iāll have live in burgerville in my mind and memory. If they had these in Michigan, I would quit my job, buy an electric scooter, and only eat burgerville 4 times a day for the rest of my life. This place also made me realize that I should clean my own bathroom because their bathroom was so clean! It also makes me think about my personal relationships because the staff was so kind and nice to me. I feel like today is the start of the rest of my life that itās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is the worst Burgerville I've ever been to -- and I've been to a lot of them. Maybe it is a sign of the era in which we live (aftermath of the panic restrictions) but the staff was clearly not interested in being there. (Yes, I know this is fast food but a customer still deserves to receive courtesy.) I was immediately put off by how the payment system prompted for a tip of "20%, 15%, or 10%". I had to hit "Custom" to go to another screen before I could select "No tip". I'm in favor of tipping when there is actually table service, and I tip very generously based upon the performance of the server. Here, I was prompted to tip before I'd even gotten my food and to tip without having any table service beyond delivering the food to the table. I mean, you still have to get your own condiments, napkins, etc. -- so what are you tipping? The food was okay but just okay. I've eaten at Burgerville for over 50 years. I worked at Burgerville for two years in my teens. This was a very sad experience and I won't be going back...
