Was able to bring in a FedEx express shipment from my office and it was picked up by their 6pm truck. Fantastic to have a later shipment option available that still is the FedEx express. The package was prelabeled so I just had to walk in and hand it off and they were able to provide a receipt that I can bring back in to work to validate its shipment time, date, and expected delivery date. Made my life easier by 10 fold.

I came into FedEx to have some important documents printed for my client, and a young lady named Chancy assisted me. She was extremely patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process. Her professionalism and great customer service made everything so much easier. I’ll definitely continue doing my business at this location thanks to the excellent experience she provided.

I went in yesterday to utilize the copier to scan some docs to email. The copier wasn't working. So Ariel came from what seems like out of thin air and assisted me to no end. Not only did she get my docs emailed, the whole time which didn't take her long , she had an amazing smile and her attitude was stellar. She reminded me of the ol days whenever I went with my parents into a public establishment, the customer service personnel was always pleasant and accommodating to the general public. What an outstanding employee you have and I suggest you promote her to a management position because Ms. Ariel has the Right mindset, personality and temperament. She made my experience very pleasurable! Great job...

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I print my files here all the time, but today, Tuesday, September 16. 8:00 am. The lady who served me was angry for no apparent reason. I asked her to print a file on good quality paper and bind it. I went to her because they can recommend the best paper and only they can bind it... but she sent me straight to the self-service machines... where obviously they don't have the more expensive paper I was looking for. She told me she had a lot of work to do and that I should do it myself. If these people don't know how to provide customer service, they have no business dealing with the public. Office Depot employees are usually very friendly, but...

I will never come here again! I came in to get a poster board made for my child's birthday. The theme was that BOOM BAM POW type cartoon there were no actual characters of any kind on it just those 3 words in comic lettering. They told me they couldn't print it because Disney owned it and it was copy right. Again no characters of any kind literally just the wording which you can make off word yourself and they refused to do it and then told me I wouldn't be able to get it done anywhere else. I walked over to office max and they did it no problem and CHEAPER! Those employees are idiots and need to learn what really is...
