Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Went there last Sunday (mall closes at 7pm) at an hr before closing with a friend only to be told by the cashier they weren’t serving ice blended drinks. NONE of the ice blended drinks. If this is company policy it’s unfortunate to have more than half the menu unavailable an hour before closing. I used to manage 6 juice bars and I know employees would hate to make blended anything before closing to avoid having to wash blenders last minute but regardless they had to because it’s part of the job. We left without buying anything which is probably not a big loss for the company but it’s definitely not a good...

I usually am not sedated by the regular “acts of kindness.” Most people in this world put on their fake face, but I can see right through their facades most of the time. But Matt, Matt is such a sweetheart. He was a great worker, and wonderfully charismatic. I do not believe I have had such absolutely delightful and wonderful customer service in all my days. If I was an employer, he would be my model employee. People with his attitude are definitely deserving of great things in their career.

I had a great experience at Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee! The drinks are fresh, delicious, and made with care. The food selection is also very good and perfect for a quick snack or light meal. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides excellent service. Even when it’s busy, the wait time is short and the atmosphere remains calm and welcoming. It’s a cozy spot with a nice vibe, whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or sitting down to relax. Definitely one of my favorite coffee stops...
