Pulling up to Turner's Fine Furniture in Tifton. GA, you immediately see from outside to inside the store with an inviting setup of decor. They have a Fine Store for those customers who are looking for Elegance to those who may be looking for beauty but in a more comfortable fashion. They have a Grand Selection and if it's not in the Showroom, they will be most helpful to order it for you. I was met with a sincere greeting by a Masked person at the front where my temperature was taken and Sanitizer Handsoap was available to use. The store is very health conscious in your well-being. All employees were wearing mask while I was in the store. I wore mine also. I was asked if I could be helped. At the time, I just wanted to look around. I had many different item's on agenda that I wanted to take a look at on my own. I very much appreciated the employees providing me the opportunity in which the time to do that alone. My mother and aunt were with me and they were off looking around as well. I don't remember how it came about actually, let's just say the timing was right for me and for Melissa maybe she just happened to be watching. I remember seeing this lady with a warm, welcoming face, her name was Melissa Beach . She became my 'Fairy Godmother ' you might say. Melissa Beach is an Awesome, sweet and helpful young lady. I felt Blessed to have her expertise advice and knowledge. I look forward to working again and again with Melissa. I was very nervous about making decisions and told her that. Melissa was very understanding and kindly put my nerves at ease. She had me Excited before leaving Turner's in anticipation of my new sofa, ottoman and sofatable that would arrive before Christmas in what is my first every apartment living at the age of 57. I was looking forward even more to moving in after my time with Melissa. Thank you sweetly Melissa for all your kind words. For your knowledge in sofa's, ottomans and material's. You have a big heart for your clients and their needs and it shows by how you care when your working with them. All furniture companies need more compassionate person's like you. Very happy with the furniture and the ease of the sales process but communication and information from the sales person has been terrible!

We went in to the end of year half off sale and found a bedroom set we wanted on Saturday. I won’t name the sales person but they were helpful and told us they had what we wanted in stock. We live out of town so we had to try and figure out if we wanted to rent a trailer and bring the furniture with us or get it delivered. After talking with the sales person we decided getting it delivered was the best option, even though they weren’t able to give us an exact price for delivery. We understood that they like to wait for multiple deliveries in the same general area to send the furniture and were told that we would be contacted on Monday with an answer for the delivery and price. I never heard from anyone on Monday so I called the sales person. They told me if I didn’t hear from them by the end of that day I would hear from them first thing Tuesday morning-didn’t happen. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and was then told by the sales person she couldn’t get a response from anyone in the warehouse and would call me with information when she got it. On Friday, I still had not heard anything else from her so I called and spoke to a manager. He promptly got with the warehouse manager and gave us some answers but still no idea how long we might have to wait to get our furniture. We have paid in full for our furniture and it’s now been a week and we still don’t know when we will get it or how much they are going to try to charge us for delivery, just a very wide price range. I was happy with the sales process but the communication from the sales person was terrible and I am not happy with them. We would have brought the furniture back with us if they would have just told us it would be at least a week before they even knew when the...

If I could give this place a zero, I would. And I hate to say that because Turners Fine Furniture had always done such a phenomenal job regarding my purchases. Mark McKay and i went into the Turners Fine Furniture store in Valdosta Ga a month ago and picked out a sofa, two chairs and a recliner; a nearly $4000.00 purchase. We were told that two chairs were available, one in Valdosta and one in Tifton. They brought the chair from Tifton to Valdosta. Ok. The sofa was supposed to be shipped two weeks after Mark made his purchase, the week of September 14th. We still have not gotten word that the sofa was there and ready for us to pick up. Today Mark called the Valdosta store to inquire about the sofa and basically got no where. They were going to call him back to let him know where the sofa was and when it would be ready for us to pick up. They didn’t. The recliner would arrive sometime in mid October, which we were ok with. The thing is we were told that the sofa would be ready for us to pick up two weeks after the purchase and it’s still not there...four weeks later. If that sofa isn’t there for us to pick up tomorrow, we are ready to cancel the whole order. And we will not settle for getting the floor sample.
